PPGI & PPGL
PPGI & PPGL (prepainted galvanized steel & prepainted galvalume steel) are often referred to as pre-coated or color-coated steel coils. These are crafted from hot-dip galvanized, hot-dip galvalume, and electro galvanized steel sheets. Meticulous surface pretreatment is followed by the application of one or more layers of organic coatings, which are then baked and solidified. The resulting color-coated steel coil is lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and excels in anti-corrosion, making it ideal for direct processing. Available in vibrant hues like gray, sea blue, and brick red, these coils find their place in diverse applications such as advertising, construction, decoration, household and electrical appliances, furniture, and transportation. The choice of coatings-ranging from polyester, silicon-modified polyester, and polyvinyl chloride plastisol to polyvinylidene chloride-is tailored to the environmental requirements.
