PPGI & PPGL
PPGI & PPGL (prepainted galvanized steel & prepainted galvalume steel), also referred to as pre-coated or color-coated steel coil. This premium product is crafted from hot-dip galvanized, hot-dip galvalume, and electro galvanized steel sheets. After meticulous surface pretreatment, one or several layers of organic coating are meticulously applied, followed by baking and solidification. With its lightweight nature, stunning appearance, and superior anti-corrosion performance, it is perfect for direct processing. The color palette includes gray, sea blue, brick red, and more. Ideal for advertising, construction, decoration, home and electrical appliances, furniture, and transportation industries. Depending on the environment, the coatings range from polyester and silicon-modified polyester to polyvinyl chloride plastisol and polyvinylidene chloride.
Color-coated steel sheets find extensive applications across various sectors including construction, industrial manufacturing, household production, product packaging, and interior decoration.
