PPGI & PPGL (prepainted galvanized steel & prepainted galvalume steel), also referred to as pre-coated or color-coated steel coil, are products crafted from hot-dip galvanized, hot-dip galvalume, and electro-galvanized steel sheets. Through meticulous surface pretreatment, multiple layers of organic coatings are applied, followed by baking and solidification. These coils are celebrated for their lightweight nature, stunning aesthetic, and exceptional anti-corrosion properties, enabling direct processing. Available in various hues like gray, sea blue, and brick red, they find extensive applications in advertising, construction, decoration, home appliances, electrical appliances, furniture, and transportation industries.
