PPGI & PPGL
PPGI & PPGL (prepainted galvanized steel & prepainted galvalume steel), also known as pre-coated steel or color coated steel coil, are premium products crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, hot-dip galvalume steel sheets, and electro-galvanized steel sheets. Following meticulous surface pretreatment, several layers of organic coatings are applied, baked, and solidified, resulting in a vibrant and durable finish. These coils are lightweight, visually appealing, and boast excellent anti-corrosion properties, allowing for direct processing. Available in various colors such as gray, sea blue, and brick red, they are ideal for use in advertising, construction, decoration, home appliances, electrical appliances, furniture, and transportation. Depending on the environment, coatings can include polyester, silicon-modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, and polyvinylidene chloride.
