Colored Galvanized Steel Coil

PPGI & PPGL
PPGI & PPGL (prepainted galvanized steel & prepainted galvalume steel), also known as pre-coated steel or color coated steel coil. This product is crafted from hot-dip galvanized, hot-dip galvalume, and electro-galvanized steel sheets. It undergoes surface pretreatment, followed by the application of one or several layers of organic coatings, then baked and solidified. The resulting color coated steel coil is lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and boasts excellent anti-corrosion properties. It can be directly processed and comes in colors like gray, sea blue, and brick red. Predominantly, it finds applications in advertising, construction, decoration, home appliances, electrical appliances, furniture, and transportation industries. The coatings are chosen based on the environment and may include polyester, silicon-modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, and polyvinylidene chloride.
