PPGI & PPGL (Prepainted Galvanized Steel & Prepainted Galvalume Steel), also known as Pre-Coated Steel or Color-Coated Steel Coil, are crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, hot-dip galvalume steel sheet, electro-galvanized steel sheet, etc. Following surface pretreatment, multiple layers of organic coatings are applied and then baked to perfection. These color-coated steel coils are lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and boast excellent anti-corrosion properties, making them ready for direct use. Available in shades like grey, sea blue, and brick red, they are ideally suited for advertising, construction, decoration, home appliances, electrical appliances, the furniture industry, and transportation. Depending on the environment, the coatings are formulated from resins such as polyester, silicon-modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, polyvinylidene chloride, among others.
Color-Coated Steel Sheets are extensively employed in construction, industry, household manufacturing, product packaging, interior decoration, and numerous other fields.
