PPGI & PPGL (prepainted galvanized steel & prepainted galvalume steel) also known as pre-coated steel or color coated steel coil. This premium product begins with a hot-dip galvanized or galvalume steel sheet. Following meticulous surface pretreatment, multiple layers of organic coating are applied, baked, and solidified, resulting in a lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and highly corrosion-resistant material. Available in various colors such as gray, sea blue, and brick red, it serves diverse applications in advertising, construction, decoration, home appliances, electrical appliances, the furniture industry, and transportation. The coatings are selected based on environmental factors, including polyester, silicon-modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, and polyvinylidene chloride.
