PPGI & PPGL
PPGI & PPGL (prepainted galvanized steel & prepainted galvalume steel), often referred to as pre-coated or color-coated steel coils, are crafted from hot-dip galvanized, hot-dip galvalume, or electro-galvanized steel sheets. After meticulous surface pretreatment, one or multiple layers of organic coatings are applied, followed by baking and solidifying. These coils are lightweight, visually appealing, and boast excellent anti-corrosive properties, enabling direct processing. Typically available in hues like gray, sea blue, and brick red, they find extensive applications in advertising, construction, decoration, home appliances, electrical devices, the furniture industry, and transportation. The choice of coatings, such as polyester, silicon-modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, or polyvinylidene chloride, is determined based on the operating environment.
