PPGI & PPGL (prepainted galvanized steel & prepainted galvalume steel), also known as pre-coated steel or color coated steel coil, are innovative products crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, hot-dip galvalume steel sheet, electro galvanized steel sheet, and more. Through meticulous surface pretreatment, one or more layers of organic coating are exquisitely applied, followed by baking and solidification. These color coated steel coils boast light weight, stunning appearance, and superior anti-corrosion performance, ready for direct processing. Available in a variety of colors like gray, sea blue, and brick red, they find extensive use in advertising, construction, decoration, home appliances, electrical appliances, the furniture industry, and transportation. Depending on the environment, coatings are selected from options like polyester, silicon-modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, and polyvinylidene chloride.
