PPGI & PPGL, also known as prepainted galvanized and prepainted galvalume steel, are high-quality, pre-coated steel products. They are created from hot-dip galvanized, hot-dip galvalume, or electro-galvanized steel sheets. Following surface pretreatment, one or multiple layers of organic coatings are applied and then baked for solidification. These color-coated steel coils are lightweight, visually appealing, and offer superior anti-corrosion properties, ideal for direct processing. Available in colors like gray, sea blue, and brick red, they find applications in advertising, construction, decoration, home and electrical appliances, furniture, and transportation industries. The coatings are crafted based on the environmental requirements, using resins such as polyester, silicon-modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, and polyvinylidene chloride.
