Premium Quality PPGI & PPGL Coils
PPGI & PPGL, also known as prepainted galvanized steel and prepainted galvalume steel, are pre-coated or color-coated steel coils made from hot-dip galvanized, hot-dip galvalume, and electro-galvanized steel sheets. These coils undergo surface pretreatment followed by one or multiple layers of organic coating, which are then baked and solidified. The resulting color-coated steel coils are lightweight, visually appealing, and exhibit excellent anti-corrosion properties. Available in various colors such as gray, sea blue, and brick red, they are ideal for applications in advertising, construction, decoration, home appliances, electrical appliances, furniture manufacturing, and the transportation industry. The coatings are selected based on the environment, including options like polyester, silicon-modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, and polyvinylidene chloride.
