PPGI & PPGL, known as prepainted galvanized steel and prepainted galvalume steel, are exquisite products often referred to as pre-coated or color-coated steel coils. These masterpieces are crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, hot-dip galvalume steel sheets, and electro-galvanized steel sheets. Following an intricate surface pretreatment, one or multiple layers of organic coatings are meticulously applied, then baked and solidified to perfection. The result is a color-coated steel coil that is remarkably lightweight, elegant in appearance, and possesses superior anti-corrosion properties, allowing for direct processing.
