PPGI & PPGL (prepainted galvanized steel & prepainted galvalume steel), also known as pre-coated steel or color-coated steel coil, are premium products crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, hot-dip galvalume steel sheet, and electro-galvanized steel sheet. Through meticulous surface pretreatment, an application of one or multiple layers of organic coating is performed, followed by precise baking and solidification. The result is a color-coated steel coil that is light, visually appealing, offers excellent anti-corrosion properties, and allows for direct processing. Available in vibrant hues such as gray, sea blue, brick red, and more, these coils find widespread applications in advertising, construction, decoration, home appliances, electrical, furniture, and transportation industries.
