PPGI & PPGL
PPGI & PPGL (prepainted galvanized steel & prepainted galvalume steel), also known as pre-coated or color-coated steel coil, are made from hot-dip galvanized, hot-dip galvalume, or electro-galvanized steel sheets. Through surface pretreatment, multiple layers of organic coatings are applied, baked, and solidified, resulting in color-coated steel coils that are lightweight, visually appealing, and corrosion-resistant. These coils are available in colors such as gray, sea blue, and brick red, and they can be easily processed for use in advertising, construction, decoration, home appliances, electronics, furniture, and transportation industries. The selection of coatings depends on the environment, including types like polyester, silicon-modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, and polyvinylidene chloride.
